Late Arrival Policy:

I value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to all my clients. I kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. In the event of a late arrival, please be aware of the following:

  • A grace period of 15 minutes will be allotted for late arrivals. Beyond this, we may need to modify your service to fit the remaining time or, in some cases, reschedule your appointment. 
  • If you anticipate being late, we appreciate a courtesy call or text to assess the situation and make the necessary adjustments to accommodate you to the best of our ability.

No-Show Policy:

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event of a no-show, the following policies will be applied:

  • A client who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show, including arriving outside of the above grace period.
  • After one no-show, a non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure future appointments.
  • Excessive no-shows may result in the need for pre-payment for all future appointments.

Cancellation Policy:

While I understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, I kindly request a minimum of a 24 hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellations, when possible.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.
  • Repeat cancellations may lead to the requirement of a non-refundable booking fee for future bookings.

No-Show Policy for Off-Site Services Excluding Bridal:

I appreciate your trust in me to provide off-site services and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, in the event of a no-show, the following policies will be applied:

  • For any off-site service, excluding bridal services which are outlined in the contract, a client who fails to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
  • In the case of a no-show, the client will be charged the full amount for the scheduled service, for the stylist’s time and travel expenses.

  • A grace period of 15 minutes will be allotted for late arrivals to off-site appointments. Beyond this, a late fee may be applied for the stylist’s additional time.
  • If you anticipate being late, I appreciate a courtesy call or text to assess the situation and make the necessary adjustments to accommodate you to the best of my ability.

I reserve the right to terminate and/or refuse services at anytime. In the case services are refused because of the client, any booking fees, deposits, and other money exchanged will not be refunded. By booking it is assumed that any client have read and agreed to my policies. Thank you!
